Robin feels fortunate to have been raised in a family of spiritual consciousness.
Her great grandmother was a Christian Science practitioner and was a great influence
on Robin’s life.
At the age of thirteen, Robin questioned the medical dogma of Christian Science and
requested that her parents take her to the new church of Religious Science in Redondo
Beach. She felt a passion for the philosophy and spirit that was present and spoken.
She went to church as a teenager and continued to attend when she was home from college,
finding a local church when she traveled. Robin finally found Seaside in 1988 after
she moved to Del Mar. When Dr. Christian Sorensen arrived, the church seemed to grow
overnight, and she became very involved and started classes.
Robin feels it has been a wonderful journey, and she can’t imagine life without the
spiritual foundations she has. It has been a joy for Robin to be a practitioner.
Prayer treatment work is such a powerful tool, and Robin loves the way it is a gift
to the giver as much as to the receiver.
